What is the NEO S and what is it compatible with?
The NEO S is our wireless collectible controller, introduced in early 2024 and quickly embraced as a fan favorite in our gaming gear lineup.
Now available in the Purple Wave Edition for Fortnite Festival, it’s optimized for Festival on PC and Switch™ or through cloud gaming platforms like Luna and Xbox Cloud.
It also supports a range of rhythm games, making it the perfect, accessible controller for both casual and immersive play.
Additionally, it's compatible with mobile, tablet, and smart TV gaming as a standard controller that connects via Bluetooth.
When is the expected shipping date?
The NEO S Festival Edition is expected to start shipping between November 29th - December 6th, 2024.

How does it work out the box?
By default, the attachment is configured to Easy, Medium, and Hard mode while in-game is set to "Thumb". Cycle through Expert and Pro presets with a simple fret command.
You can also set up custom presets for the fret attachment in-game or using the CRKD App through CRKD CTRL.
Does it work as a normal controller?
Yes, the NEO S Festival Edition doubles up as a fully featured controller compatible with a variety of platforms and games.
