We would like to provide you with a quick update on the shipping status on pre-orders placed prior to September 18th. First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude for your patience and support during this process.
We understand that receiving your items in a timely manner is essential, and we have been working around the clock to make that happen.
The good news is that we are making great progress with our pre-order shipments. Our team has been working tirelessly, and we anticipate that all pre-orders will be processed and shipped within the next few days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible.
Regarding our limited run collaboration Nitro decks, we are pleased to inform you that they have started shipping out to customers and we anticipate they will also be processed and shipped within the next few days.
However, we would like to address some challenges we faced with our shipping partner, DHL. We experienced a few teething problems in the early stages of shipping which started on September 18th, but we want to assure you that we have been actively working to resolve these issues.
One unfortunate issue we encountered was that some units were scanned at our facility but could not be scanned at the DHL location, resulting in a temporary setback. These units were sent back to us for re-labeling to ensure a seamless delivery process but consequently increased the turnaround time from when they were first scanned into the DHL system.
Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any outstanding issues accordingly.
While it may take a few days to complete the shipment of all pre-orders, if you haven't received a shipping notification and tracking number yet, please know we are working tirelessly to get your orders to your doorstep as swiftly as possible.
