Nitro Deck 2 Shipping Update | New Release Window May 2026

Hey CRKD Family,

We want to share an important update regarding Nitro Deck 2.

Due to unforeseen production delays, the shipping timeline for Nitro Deck 2 has been updated, with the new estimated shipping window now set for late May 2026.

Nitro Deck 2 is currently in the final stages of the pre-production process. As part of this phase, we’ve added an extra evaluation build to ensure everything meets our quality expectations.

From day one, Nitro Deck 2 has been about raising the bar in comfort, performance, build quality, and overall experience. Every Nitro Deck 2 is being built and reserved specifically for existing pre-orders first, and this additional time allows us to ensure the final product meets the quality and performance standards the CRKD community expects while living up to the legacy of the original.

We’ve also added an extra storage compartment to the bottom of the Nitro Deck 2 Hardshell Carry Case (sold separately), allowing you to safely stow your Joy-Cons™ when not in use, along with additional storage for select accessories like swappable stick tops and D-pads.

PRE-ORDERS REMAIN SECURE

For customers who have already pre-ordered Nitro Deck 2, your order remains secure and no action is required. We will continue to provide updates as we move closer to the revised shipping window.

If you need to manage your pre-order, you can access the Pre-Order Management Portal at: go.crkd.gg/preorders.

From there you can update your shipping details or cancel your pre-order at any time.

WHEN WILL NITRO DECK 2 SHIP?

Nitro Deck 2 is currently expected to ship in late May 2026 as the product completes the final stages of pre-production and quality testing.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING FOR MY PRE-ORDER?

No. Your Nitro Deck 2 pre-order remains secure and no action is required.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes. You can update your Nitro Deck 2 pre-order shipping address at any time through the Pre-Order Management Portal. Have your Purple Dot pre-order number and the email used at checkout ready, then visit go.crkd.gg/preorders to manage your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY COLOR AFTER PRE-ORDERING?

Yes. If you would like to switch the color of your Nitro Deck 2 pre-order, please contact support@crkd.gg. In most cases, our team can manually update the color for your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

Yes. You can cancel your Nitro Deck 2 pre-order at any time by visiting our Pre-Order Management Portal. You will need your Purple Dot pre-order number and the email address used when placing the order to access it.

CAN I ADD ACCESSORIES TO MY CURRENT PRE-ORDER?

If you have already placed a Nitro Deck 2 pre-order and would like to add accessories such as the Nitro Deck 2 Hardshell Carry Case, Stick Tops, or D-Pads, you will need to place a separate order for those items.

Alternatively, you can cancel your existing Nitro Deck 2 pre-order and place a new order that includes everything together.
