We want to provide a clear update on the shipping timeline for Nitro Deck 2, ULT Pro, and ATOM+.
We want to acknowledge that many of you have been frustrated by the lack of communication over the past several weeks, and that's completely understandable. While we've been focused on getting these products into production, we should have done a better job keeping you informed along the way.
All three products are currently in production. Based on the latest manufacturing progress, we currently expect to begin shipping customer pre-orders between August 17–31, 2026.
We know this updated timeline will be disappointing for many of you. The good news is that all three products are now in mass production, bringing us into the final stretch before customer orders begin shipping.
Why the Updated Shipping Timeline?
Over the past several months, we've been finalizing production tooling, completing manufacturing approvals, and working through the remaining milestones required before mass production could begin.
Along the way, we also encountered a number of smaller manufacturing and logistics requirements that needed to be completed before the products could be shipped from China, including additional testing and export compliance processes. While none of these were significant on their own, together they added more time to the production schedule than originally anticipated.
Those steps ultimately took longer than expected, which is why we've had to move our shipping window.
We're Air Freighting Every Customer Pre-Order
To reduce the impact of this updated timeline, we've made the decision to air freight every customer pre-order to our fulfillment centers instead of shipping by standard ocean freight.
This dramatically reduces the time it takes inventory to reach our warehouses once production is complete. While ocean freight typically takes 3–6 weeks, air freight usually arrives in just 1–3 days, allowing us to begin shipping customer orders as quickly as possible.
It's a significant additional investment on our part, but one we believe is absolutely worth making to get Nitro Deck 2, ULT PRO, and ATOM+ into your hands sooner.
What's Next?
With production continuing to ramp up, our focus is on completing manufacturing, moving inventory to our fulfillment centers, and getting customer orders out the door.
For customers who have already pre-ordered Nitro Deck 2, ULT PRO, or ATOM+, no action is required. We'll continue providing production updates as manufacturing progresses and inventory begins arriving at our fulfillment centers.
